Yass Football Club community, friends and families.
By now many of you would have heard/seen that the Football Federation of Australia has issued a statement today suspending all football related activity until 14th April 2020. This includes games, training and associated football activities.
To assist the football community in understanding what activities the temporary football suspension includes, Capital Football has compiled a list that you can read here.
Capital Football has also issued a memo supporting this position for all associated member clubs which includes Yass Football Club.
As such, Yass Football Club has suspended all activity including both Junior and Senior training and all football related activities . This suspension includes the two Senior trial games that were to take place at Walker Park this weekend.
The Senior Season was due to start on 4/5April and the Junior Season on 2nd May. The committee will continue to work in the background to prepare for a resumption of the winter season. However we must take into account that things are changing on a daily basis and there may be further changes to the upcoming season that we will endeavour to relay to you as soon as possible.
